Pennie-certified brokers and assisters can help their customers by accessing the customer’s account through their broker/assister portal. Pennie-certified brokers and assisters can also help a new customer complete a new application on Pennie, as long as the customer is new to Pennie. Existing customers will need to designate the Pennie-certified broker or assister through their customer portal (or by calling Pennie Customer Service). Only the customer can designate a broker or assister – Brokers and assisters cannot make/request the designation on behalf of the customer.
