A customer who has migrated to Pennie from healthcare.gov will receive a notice in mid-October allowing them to claim their new Pennie account. If a customer has not received this notice or is not sure what email they provided the FFM they will want to contact Pennie customer service to receive assistance accessing their new Pennie account. If a customer forgets their Pennie account information after they have claimed or created a Pennie account, they can call Pennie Customer Service at 1-844-844-8040 to retrieve it.
