The Inflation Reduction Act was signed into law by President Biden on August 16, 2022. This Act extends the enhancements to Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium subsidies originally created by the American Rescue Plan (ARP) which were set to expire at the end of 2022. Thanks to this new law, Pennie customers will be able to receive these enhanced subsidies through 2025.
