To change your mailing preferences, login to Pennie website at: https://enroll.pennie.com/hix/account/user/login
From the Homepage, select the, “My Preferences” tab.
Scroll down until you reach the “Notices” section and select the Go Paperless radio button for your Notices and/or the 1095-A form.
Scroll down past the “Language” section and press the “Save Preferences” button.
A pop-up will display stating your communication method has been successfully updated.
As a person in the application:
In the “Primary Contact Information” tab, scroll down until you reach the “Primary Contact Preferences.”
Update the “Preferred Method Communication” and/or the 1095-A form section(s) but selecting the radio button. Finish by pressing the “Save and Continue” button.
