Go to the Pennie website and click on Log In. There are 2 places where you can “log in” to your existing account with Pennie.
- At the very top, right hand side of the Pennie.com website, click on “Customer Log In”
Clicking on the “Customer Log In” button will bring you to this screen:
2. Click on the Forgot Password? link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Pennie account and click Continue.
4. Follow the directions in your email to access your account. Be sure that you know the answer to the security question you selected when you first created your account. You will be asked to provide this answer.
b.) The second way to log in is to click on the yellow box “Get Covered” button as shown above. This will bring you to the following screen:
Click on “Log in to existing account” third rectangular box down on this screen. Clicking on “Log in to existing account” brings you to the “Log in” screen. Click on the Forgot Password? link. From here repeat steps 2 and 3.
Note: If you forgot the answer to your security question you will have to contact the Pennie Contact Center for Log In assistance to get back into your account. Please call 1-844-844-8040. Press 1 after “How can we help you today?” for Log In Assistance. A Pennie Customer Representative will be able to help you reset your password.
