If you applied for coverage on HealthCare.gov in 2020, to ensure a seamless transition to Pennie, we have transferred your information from HealthCare.gov and loaded it into Pennie on your behalf. You should have received a notice about this transition, which includes a unique access code that will allow you to create an application in Pennie. After you create your Pennie account, you will be prompted to enter your access code to link your new Pennie account with your pre-loaded application.
Your access code is a 8-digit alpha code containing only letters and no numbers included in the notification sent to you by Pennie. Enter this number when creating your Pennie login to claim the account we have already setup for you.
If you have misplaced your access code, don't worry! A Pennie customer service representative can resend it to you. Simply call the Pennie Contact Center at 1-844-844-8040 and press 7 to speak to a Pennie Customer Service Representative.
