A qualified small employer health reimbursement arrangement or QSEHRA is a type of health reimbursement arrangement that is offered in place of traditional health insurance by employers that have less than 50 employees. The amount the employer contributes annually can vary but may not exceed certain annual limits. If you accept the QSEHRA you will then be able to use the funds provided by the employer to get reimbursed for paid medical expenses including marketplace premiums during the applicable QSEHRA coverage dates.
