Pennie is currently undergoing a brief period of planned maintenance to implement the enhanced financial assistance available under the American Rescue Plan. As a result, you will not be able to access your Pennie account at this time. You will not be penalized for failing to submit documents during the maintenance period. You will be able to access your account again starting Monday, June 7th ; please upload your documents at that time.

Note: Pennie contact center representatives will not be able to make account changes or updates during this maintenance period. If you need assistance making account changes Pennie representatives will be able to make these changes on June 7th.
