If you resubmitted your Pennie application in late April to take advantage of the updated benefits available under the American Rescue Plan (ARP), and then tried to change plans, you may have received a June 1 effective date for your new plan. Pennie is aware of this issue and is working on ensuring that your new plan will begin on May 1.

This is the best way to ensure you receive the correct effective date for your new plan, along with the benefits available under ARP.
